As a Planner at Ogilvy Action and Fitch, Richard continued to develop his thinking on how to start better conversations with people about brands and culture. MIKE HALL was founder, Creative Director and Chairman of Hall & Partners, the global brand and communications research agency which he founded in 1992 and ran until 2005. His success was based on the creation of a new philosophy about the different ways advertising works to build brand relationships, which changed forever the way communications research is done. CLAIRE BICKERTON is the former group business director of Hall & Partners and co-creator of the Hall & Partners philosophy in brand communications.
